City of Rockville Real Estate Effort for Affordable Community Housing (R.E.A.C.H.) is a program that assists first-time homebuyers who can afford a mortgage payment in overcoming the barriers presented by the upfront expenses associated with purchasing a first home. This program is good in the City of Rockville ONLY.

The maximum R.E.A.C.H. down payment and closing cost assistance shall be $12,000.
