What admin tasks do you hate most?

As a virtual assistant, admin tasks are my job. I enjoy typing, researching topics on the internet, and creating marketing materials. I know how to format documents, screen tenants, and manage maintenance projects. What I do is take these "mundane" tasks away from business owners that have better things to do (such as build their business and find more clients).

Since these are the things I enjoy, I would like to know, what admin tasks do you hate the most? Can't stand updating or researching MLS listings? Don't ever have time to organize your contacts, and so you fall behind on follow-up? Wish somebody would take care of your marketing materials?

I'd love to hear comments from different people in different industries. Let me hear your complaints!

Rebecca - I can see by your post that you are VERY good at marketing! Do you have to be physically near your clients or can you work via the Internet? Very smart!!!

For me its getting the wording right for my ads.  When I think I've got it just right my admin assistant is like "why did you put that in?"  or "I wouldn't have said it that way." Once despite a 'debate' I submitted an ad just the way I wanted it and it worked!  Now I do all my ads my way and am happier, but still hate having to sit down and do them.

I hate the bookkeeping.  I put it off...it piles up and then it seems overwhelming.  I'm also a piler, not a filer so sometimes that's an unwelcome chore but the financials are my worse!  Goal for 2008 is to get help with just that aspect!

i hate TAXES!!! my biggest woe i am afraid. i think next is to doing the same repetitive tasks over and over again like uploading photos to different listing services... oy!
