Century 21 Introduces New Phone App  - iPhone, Android, Blackberry, Palm and Tablets

Century 21 has just introduced a new and updated phone app to help buyers and sellers who love their cell phones and tablets. The new application is easy to use and loaded with features.

I am using the Android version so some of the features may vary according to your phone. The menu gives you choices like Find Homes For Sale which gives you a search screen or Nearby Homes for Sale which will deliver a list of homes for sale in the immediate area based upon the GPS of your cell phone. Listings that are shown include Listing Details, Property Description, Additional Property Information, Similar Recently Sold Homes and Area Schools which will take you to the www.greatschools.org site for the local school.  So with the touch of the screen, you can find everything you need about a particular home.

Other features include Explore Area which will bring up a Wikipedia page about the local area or town, and Saved Searches and Saved Listings. You can even send the app to a friend just by entering their cell number!  There's even a place to search for rental homes.
