I am with Kaye on her sentiment. If that property were available in San Diego it would be well over 1,500,000. In her area, even more. But there aren't many places with water other than the ocean and when there is, no such view. Beautiful listing and one I am sure you are proud to represent.

PS, Rick would come over to my 200th post and leave a comment. I would like very much to have you included with the special people that I have come to now. I will copying the post and all the comments for a special feature on my personal blog site.
Hi Rich - what a gorgeous listing!!! Can't imagine you'll have much difficulty selling it. Is the 2300 sq ft under air or total, and what is the little side structure to the left? We have some pretty nice views in Florida, but honestly, nothing like that. Need 2 partners :-)
