It is time that I contact all my past clients from last year and that I have closed this year to remind them about the upcoming deadline to file for their home owner's excemption with the county.
If you use a home as your primary residence you can still apply up till April 15, 2011. Even if you refinanced or did any type of loan modification, you might want to double check to make sure it is still in place from before since it would be a shame to lose the deduction if you deserve it.
