More Snow for Boston... New York...? Florida Weather is the Best!

It's almost the end of March and the calendar says "Spring" but Boston and New York are down into the 30s again and there may be snow on the way tonight and tomorrow...

No wonder that snowbirds are not in a big hurry to go back up North. Recent weeks have seen an increase in showing activity and calls from prospective buyers looking to find a permanent home in Florida!

Why shovel snow when you can shovel sand?

Inventory of homes for sale is good,
properties are offered at much lower prices than even a year ago,
interest rates are still low,
and there are homes for sale in every price range, condition, and with features and amenities to meet any need and preference.

And last but not least, let's not forget, Florida weather is the best!

Endre, they were supposed to get some today but it turned into cold rain.. still supposed to snow tomorrow... brrrr! It was in the 80s here today! Just wonderful! :-)

Hi Silvia - In Toronto, we had another inch or two of snow yesterday. It often snows after spring arrives so most people I know don't take off their snow tires until mid April.

It's feeling a lot like winter around here lately - super windy, wet and cold. At least in my part of Maui. We didn't get much weather like this over the winter, so I guess we were due to have it.

Silvia. The reports from across the country have been disheartening for those people living in those areas. It seemed that some of the worst of the bad weather was a thing of the past, but we are hearing reports of it starting again. I'm sure that many people are tired of it.
