I'm still not bored with AR ... but is AR bored with me?

With 16,367 comments left and 16,367 comments had, one would think I'd hang up my time on this forum considering my link to the Real Estate Biz these days is similar to Jeff Belonger having a steady girlfriend.  Ken Cook doesn't count.

I kid Belonger & Cook, though.  I sift through posts around here when it doesn't take away from my drinking time and I see old faces, new faces, and Bob Stewart's silhouette staring at us through the rear-view mirror.

Those who have never travelled this forum or who aren't involved in Real Estate may not understand, but this place can be quite fun.  This place can also be quite informativeThis place has a special place in Google's Corporate Heart.

Even though I keep up with the business, the players, the haters, and whoever is on Warren Buffet's pay-roll ... as a former member of the fraternity that helped start this thing ... I'm kind of wondering how big my ding-a-ling-a-ling is around here these days?

So, I'm taking a poll:

  • This poll is purely ego-driven and I'm wondering if anyone really reads this shit.

If you would like me to keep on pontificating any thoughts that come to my particular mind, leave a comment.  If you haven't read this far, I'll call it a day.

Simple enough?

Personally, I get bored with me.  I'm just trying to substantiate that very concept.  It's the only way I can keep on ...

... moving on.

Jason,

I was reading your post when suddenly it started interfeering with my drinking time, or maybe it reminded me obout my drinking time. Or maybe it was the real estate market that made me think of drinking.

Im sorry, were you saying something?

Sardi - Pontificate away!!!  However, if you ever feel the need to share your ding-a-ling with us, you probably need to put the beers down and go to bed.

J, do what you gotta do, but I like seeing what you have to say. I'm sure you're thinking "who the hell is Eric, and why does he care?" I like reading "real". Whatever. Either you know what I mean or you don't. I think you'll stick around. Write whatever you want, whenever you want. You have fans. It's all good.

So I was checking in to see if you'd left comments back for all your devoted fans and found you sacked out and snoring in the other room! LMAO! You're getting old mister!!

Getting old is inevitable, my dear.  But sacked out and snoring is just wrong.   Especially at 8:24 PM Eastern Standard Time.  I haven't done that since downing 14 double rum and cokes in College.  Though that activity would have been time better spent than the atrocity of a Wrestling Show I just got myself away from.  More on that later ... cause I know you can't wait to hear me go off :)

Eric - Believe it or not, I'm very familiar with this Eric Dude.  And I should definately check out what you have to say/write ... cause you gotta be interesting if you are still tuning in to this particular channel.

Donne - I've already done that on the net (the ding-a-ling thing).  It's called setting myself up for a Political Future.

Scott -  The next shot is on me and then we can discuss God.  Sound good?

Buell - A pole dance would be a nice addition and my flexibility still is pretty good.  There is room for such an occasion:)

Kellow - Thanks man!  And I plan on going over some of the stuff we talked about over the weekend.  I believe not only in ideas, but the proper implementation of such if they are actually good ones.  Time shall tell.

Karen- Other than that Sardi character, you have some pretty good taste.  And I appreciate it.

Loynd - Perhaps.  Never planned on not being in Real Estate once I sunk my proverbial teeth into the gig.  However, I'm in such a better place right now.

Krone - Look at you!  New look, a beard, and the same sense of humor I've come to actually appreciate.  Kid me anytime you want, man.  I can take it.  Some of it is even half true:)

Woltal - Were you stoned when you wrote that comment?  But you did hit on something I hate about me ... hit and miss ... I'm more strike-outs than homers thus far, in life that is.  But at the tender age of 34, I've got at least 40 years of at bats left in me.

Mike - SOS has never been calling.  Though, I would love to play a superhero named, "The Human Cliche" ... creative efforts would have to be steadfast to make it work.

Martha- And I take it as such.  Grazie:)

Mike - Yes, you have been reminding me of that incessantly.   I get that a lot ... but only during the dark hours of eve?

Laura- Me as well.  I'm no Blogging Coach, nor should I ever be ... yet that just may be a key ingredient in the bottom line.  That line may be garnering more business inquiries, followers on twitter, closed transactions, or a date with one of the Kardashians ... the motive of the student should always be known by the Teacher/Coach.

MJ - But isn't there always a spare?  And if I haven't articulated it enough ... YOU are meant for little old me.  I'm luckier than the pocketbook of Elizabeth Taylor's Plastic Surgeon.  Too soon?

Tim - And I kind of dig that picture!

Saramana - As long as your wife is happy ...

Back at you, Sis:)  You made Hawaii feel like home ... cause wherever you are ... it is for us.  If I hadn't believed in God before meeting you, I sure would now.  You are that blessing 'they' speak of ...

Bill - I actually had to look that word up.  Thank you for the compliment.  I'm quite sure it is true.

Lenza - And someday I'll impress you ... I promise.

Tammy - If I died manana and you said that at my funeral, I'd be a happy soul in purgatory.  Thanks.   But please don't drive to Allentown, these damn North-East Coast folks can't drive worth a shit.  No sensibility whatsoever!

Slaybaugh -  Agreed.  And I've threatened my own death so many times that by the time it actually happens ... nobody will care.  That's cool with me.  I have a feeling though that your suicide note will be pure gold.  In many ways, it already was.

Bill - As do I:)  I'd gladly attend a party in your honor.

But Jason, I drive like Jimmy Johnson, so I can take 'em.  I could drive a John Deere at 3. :)  Just keep writing.  I love when my mind is challenged and when I have to question my beliefs and you seem to make me do that from time to time, more so than most others.

Now if you would so kind, there's a little somthing I would love for you to read, so if you'll email me your snail mail address I'll get it to you PDQ.

I was looking at your blog because it seems like you are the most popular blogger in our state.  One question... Why does it say " - 86,900" on your Points Summary?   Did you commit some sort of infraction and get penalized 86,900 points?   I am just asking because I am new and want to learn from the best here but I wish to avoid making mistakes.  Thanks

Matt - Very astute, my friend.  I lost 86,900 points a long while ago.  My piece of advice to you:

Don't go writing a fake death post about yourself and stirring up a frenzy around here.

Tammy - jason.sardi@gmail.com.  If you want me to read something, it must be interesting:)

So quite whining.  I leave more than 10 comments per day nearly every day....some reciprocate, some don't.

Suzanne - You know as well as I do that when I stop, I'll probably either do it very quietly or in a ball of fire.  A post like this is just the Drama Queen coming out in me.  I'm glad you are busy, though.  That's typically a good thing.  :)

Jo - Me neither.  We get busy, change careers, lose interest, and/or eat way too many fried hot wings to spend time at the computer while not on the toilet.  Okay, I'm projecting.

I really do need to take the time and just read ... and read ... and read ... and react.  One of these days I'll spend a good month doing nothing other than reading my favorite folks and adding my two pennies.  To date, I haven't done that at all.  Hope all is well with you, my dear.

I usually don't know what you are talking about, I usually skip the links, I am usually surprised at some of the things you have the nerve to say, sometimes delighted.  I rarely think, I wish I had said that - I would never say that out loud!

But never boring.  Ever.  And I read all the comments, too.  (they are not usually boring, either)

I do wish you would drop by some blogs and leave some of your irreverent, never irrelevant comments.

You are like a stale breath of fresh air.  Keep em coming!
