For eight days only - from Sunday, March 27 - Sunday, April 3 Maine Association of REALTORS® is hoting a "Clearance Event" spotlighting properties with prices reduced by at least $10,000 since March 25.
Homeowners in Maine have been asked to drop their list price by at least $10,000 for this week only if they able. Starting Friday MArch 25th, you can log on to http://mainelistings.com/clearance *** This site will only pick up homes that have dropped by 10k starting on or after March 25, 2011.
