The good homes that are priced well and presented well certainly do sell for darn close to the list price, and sometimes a bit over as well!

Connie--beautiful staging and congratulations on helping to achieve another quick sale.  It never surprises me that people will pay over list for something really nice.  That is exactly what buyers want.  What does surprise me is how few sellers are willing to get their properties to that level.

HI Connie, once again, the detail in you staging brings out the offers and over list!  Your clients must be very happy with the results.  And yes, these results are attainable in other markets as well. Hiring a professional stager is one important step in the marketing of properties for sale.
