Professional:  Definition:  Exhibiting expertise pertaining to dress, speech, courteous mannerisms, and

conscientious behaviour while adhering to rules(either written or unwritten) in regard to

a trade, practice, or business.  To profess is to declare openly. We are paid for the services we provide.

This is a business.

Perfection:  We must get better at what we do everyday.  Embrace technology and education. 

It is our responsibility to be the best that we can be for our clients, ourselves, our families, and our company.  Perfecting oneself is an infinite process which requires rigid discipline.

Process:  Latin:  processus, for movement.    Although, "perfection in process" is an oxymoron, 

processes are all the systems of motion or movement solidified in our actions leading toward

a result.  There is an order and regiment to every person's success.  Learn to experiment with different

systems until you find one that works...then work the hell out of it.
