New!  Tips for Homeowners

Being in real estate has many advantages.  You get to see a lot of interesting properties, you meet a wonderful variety of people, you have a finger on the pulse of the economy as well as the real estate market, and you have easy access to information that can help people make important decisions.

One of the benefits that I would like to share with you is the information available homeowners via the National Association of REALTORS HouseLogic site.  HouseLogic is a virtual homeowner's manual, and it contains all kinds of info about home ownership, repair, maintenance, taxes, financial topics, and more.

With spring approaching, I hope you will use this information to help you plan your projects.  Just click on the pictures below, and you will enter the HouseLogic site.  Have fun looking around, and let me know what you find that is useful.

Conrad:  It gets hard to keep up with - so many places to do research - an enormous electronic library.
