Should I Buy

Should I buy?

Prices are down. Interest rates are down. There's plenty of product to pick from. Seller's are willing to negotiate. Is there ANY reason not to buy right now?!

Your primary home is just that - PRIMARILY a place to raise your family, break bread with your friends and loved ones, provide shelter and care. It should not be a move for "investment only". (That's your investment house, beach house, etc.) So, YES, NOW is the time to buy!

Additionally, as long as you're planning on living there for 3 years or more, you will probably also see good to average appreciation and make out fine. Real estate, historically, is a no-lose long-term investment. Markets come and go, however over years real estate ALWAYS goes UP! After all, they're not making anymore Mother Earth!
