Jim Cramer and the Today Show

I saw Jim Cramer the "Stock" expert speak about the real estate market, and I saw the response when they brought back Jim and our NAR representative.  First off, I should say that I can't stand Jim Cramer.  Don't shout at me - I can hear just fine, and if I want to learn something, I don't need it to be in the form of some maniac shouting it to me.  Jim should stick to stocks, but, hey, we love putting people on the screen who are full of themselves and have little ability to adequately respond to the topic.  Media darlings rule.  However, our response from NAR representative was disappointing at best.  Not totally his fault.  What happened to being prepared?  Role playing?  Anyone who has been in the business long enough to earn a respectable living should hopefully understand and appreciate role playing.  What's wrong with asking some of the probing and statistical questions so you are well prepared?  Ever gone on a competitive listing appointment?  Were you ON?  Did you know your stats and did you have your presentation down pat?  That's the way our NAR representation should answer the call of the media, and put the "darlings" like Jim Cramer to shame.
