Hi I just posted a blog about a security seminar

I belive security is very important and not only something you do for one week and the forget about it

http://activerain.com/blogsview/273029/Security-for-women-seminar

So please keep up in getting inform there is never to much information and the only way is to keep asking the experts and learning from them hoping you never have to use any of this but if you are in the situation you HAVE to know what to do a 911 call it wont prevent anything

Thank you

Ivan thanks for stopping by and commenting.  I hope others are not just thinking about it for a week.  It is something we need to be aware of daily.
