How Many Agents Have Ever Double Ended A $680,000 Listing???

What a great attitude changer this post is.  How many agents have EVER double ended a $680,000.00 listing?  I'd say less than 1% of all the agents nationwide, and this agent wrapped it up in less than a week making all parties happy to have the deal.  Bravo!

Another Client (& Agent) Finds Success At The Homefinding Center

A big CONGRATULATIONS goes out to one of our most dedicated agents, Shaul Wade, who met a client last week at The Homefinding Center and today assisted them to wrap up a deal on a Corona, California property listed at $679,900.

Shaul took the initiative to get the job done and helped not only the buyer he met, but a seller who's previous listing expired.... that's right folks.... Shaul went the extra mile to contact the seller who's listing had expired and ended up representing both buyer and seller all due to a client walk-in to our office.

Great Job Shaul.  Keep up the terrific work!

Congratulations. I have closed just a few double ended transactions but they were priced lower.

Hi Gita... unfortunately it wasn't me.   Another agent in my office met the client while working at the office during business hours.  As frequently happens, a buyer came walking in (well qualified with $300,000 down).  He purchased in Sierra Peak which is the premier gated neighborhood in the Green River community of West Corona.

Cameron ~  Thats what it take to be a great agent.  Yup, you have to work!  I did closed 3 or 4 double ended last year and it feels good when you can do that and everyone is happy.  ps they were not $680,00 sale though.

Great result Cameron.  Sometimes everything just comes together for all involved and it works out besutifully.  Putting together win win deals is always satisfying.

Congratulations to Shaul! Wow, wouldn't that relieve some of the pressure from home? It's true one has to be more aggressive to close the big deals like this one. This is an area that I am currently working to change myself. :)

In today's market going the extra mile for our clients is what we should all be doing, but so many are taking the easy road out and really losing out in the end. CONGRATULATIONS!

Update... Shaul is on track for closing by the 15th.  A bit of a set back.... the seller decided to try to withdraw from the deal unilaterally and the buyer hired an attorney who filed a lien against the seller.  We've smoothed things out now and are clear to close.
