Are YOU going to buy or rent a HOUSE?
It is very important that you DO HAVE THE RIGHT HOME INSURANCE. YOU want to protect your loved ones, your HOME and your possessions.
In all cases you need to speak with a qualified INSURANCE Agent.
If you own your house, and live in it, you will want INSURANCE coverage for the exterior, interior and your possessions.
If you own the house and rent it out YOU will still need to INSURE the exterior and interior structures and have additional types of coverage because you are renting.
If you own the house but use it as a Vacation HOME YOU will still need to INSURE the exterior and interior structures and have additional types of coverage because you do not live there all year.
If YOU own the house, and for whatever reason, you do not live in it and it is standing empty YOU will need VACANT HOME INSURANCE. Many homeowners do not know that their existing HOME INSURANCE may not be sufficient. VACANT HOME INSURANCE is usually more costly.
If YOU do not own the house and are renting then YOU need Renter's INSURANCE to protect YOU, your family and your possessions.
Once again in all these cases, and others, YOU should contact a qualified INSURANCE Agent and ask them:
