On the menu for me was the fresh made (table side) Guacamole that you get to pick the ingredients.  The main course off the lunch menu was a slightly spicy Chicken Tortilla Soup and a Taco Al Carbon.  It was all so good I'm ready to go back...care to join me???

Nick...that building is delightful; the inside looks great; Mexican food & me however, seldom work in pleasant tandem.  I think that I see a tortilla-type soup, but my lack of this cuisine does not allow me to identify anything else. But for the comments about guacamole did clear up the offering in the large bowl. All in all, it does look to be a great place to dine for those who have a relationship working with Mexican food.   Have a great weekend.

Nick, I somehow can't wrap myself around Mexican food and I can see the roof of the only Mexican food place in town from my back yard. That looks like a very comfortable restaurant however. Enjoy

Nick, Huntville Alabama is looking good right now. A meal at the Cantina Laredo would take the edge off the snow we got today!

Hi there Nick what fantastic copy and photo for the Cantina Laredo, the restaurant looks like a fun place to relax with good food. The guacamole look yummy and I repeat to myself it's the good fat Cyndee when I indulge!

I really prefer those outside centers when I want to do a bit shopping, even in cold weather! The one you pictured looks lovely.
