Great news for the Pearland real estate market!

According to the Houston Business Journal, the Houston  metropolitan area added 56,600 jobs between January 2010 and January 2011, putting the area at No. 2 among 372 metro regions in the U.S.

How does this pertain to the real estate market in Pearland? Job gains in the Houston area mean that more people are settling here.  Indeed, Pearland is often the ideal place to buy a home for many Houston commuters for many reasons. The ease of access of Pearland residents to the Texas Medical Center, downtown and the Clear Lake area ensure short commutes!

In addition, Pearland offers many great communities to buy a house in! Communities such as Silverlake, Shadow Creek Ranch, Sunrise Lake, and Dixie Woods give Pearland residents beautiful neighborhoods with parks, walking trails, and more! No wonder Pearland is one of the fastest growing suburbs in the greater Houston area!

If you are intested in looking for a home in Pearland, I would love to show you around. Pearland Texas has a lot to offer! Give me a call today - 281-412-2022.

This is for sure true of your state Maggie....we just visit Texas for the 1st time in December (a former repeat clietn relocated there for a job and invited us down to see their new home outside Dallas) I've never seen so many "help wanted" signs in businesses and shops and so much new construction beginning as we did then!!!

Real estate must be booming as well!

sincerely,

grace
