Hey Kim - doing great. Hope you are as well. We ask that agents do try to keep Zillow up to date by making sure the source that provides their listings is kept up to date. Sometimes agents forget to update their MLS's and other sites that syndicate their listings. We do take this area of Zillow very seriously and are always working to improve this and educate and support agents and Brokers on how to do this.
There's a class on the calendar above that's called... "But Zillow Says..." and we cover this in great detail.

Hi Brad - The wide breadth of training you have at Zillow reminds me of the varied topics that AR University had when it was started. Unfortunately, I don't recall that AR ever did record the sessions that I could not attend live. Do you archive the Zillow sessions?

Hi Marc - I remember starting the AR Universoty too, there was no hosting or servers for the recorded sessions unfortunately, that may have changed when I handed it over to Steven, I'm not sure. I do record most of our webinars and make them available at the virtual campus. There is a "webinar" tab at the top of the zillow academy page.
I always learn so much from you and the webinars...looking forward to attending as many of these as I can!

Mike - one of my favorite things to do are these webinars. I love being able to help others with finding answers and solutions to their daily Real Estate challenges and technology issues. So to me it feels like I'm not really busy at all. BTW - Tell Loreena I said hi.

It was just wonderful having you at RainCamp AC. Your treasure map on Monday really got the wheels turning so I made the Premier commitment on Tuesday. Have just enrolled in 2 of your webinars so that I'll maximizing the Zillow benefit!
