You also cannot be assured of the quality of the unit, its furnishings and accessories as that unit will not have met Las Palomas' minimum standards for the resort approved and managed rental pool. If you rent outside the rental pool and book as GUEST OF OWNER you will be charged at least $25 per stay plus $5 per person per day.

* Sun-Thurs: $120 per night or 40% below normal LP rates * Fri-Sat: $150 per night or 40% below normal LP rates Stay 7 nights pay for 5 at the already discounted Owner Rates Average nightly rate based on a 7 day stay ONLY $94 (Add 5.5% for resort taxes & fees) **Don't forget to ask about our golf discounts*** *CANCELLATION POLICY: Las Palomas accepts credit card payments. Under special circumstances, they may accept checks and/or bank deposits. At the time of booking a reservation, they charge 50% of the total reservation cost. Within 15 days of your arrival, they will charge the remaining balance of the reservation cost. Any reservation made within 15 days of your arrival date will be charged in full. It is important that you clearly understand the policy for refunds, cancellations, and changes. Confirmed reservations which are cancelled 11 days or more prior to the arrival date will be charged a $150 fee. Any reservation cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date will be assessed a fee equal to the total reservation cost. All cancellations MUST BE made in writing, via email. Any changes to your reservation will result in a processing fee of $25. There will be no changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival. There are no refunds for early departures. Please make sure you clearly understand and agree with our payment, refund, and change policies. Please verify all policies with Las Palomas at the time of booking.
