We went to an open house at Grayson Park. The developers were there and were very excited about their product. It is in the coast area of North Carolina and close to Wilmington NC and Southport NC.
They have a very good product with a very affordable price point in the 150K range. They offer three bedrooms and two baths.
The community has pools and tennis court along with a playground for children.
Too good to be true...but it is.
Looks like this project is very affordable. Hope now that the spring market has just begun, that you will have a very successful spring.
Ginger, with our housing boom out here I can not believe that not a single contractor has figured out that we need affordable housing. Every one is building $300,000. homes and they sit on the market for months until they drop to a non-profitable selling price. I am meeting with a builder/developer today in hopes of them actually building what is actually needed.
