TIPS ON GETTING YOUR HOME READY TO SELL

Well we made it through another Winter and this is the first week of Spring.  Spring is such a great time of the year. The cold winter is but a distance memory and we start to enjoy all the things that the warm weather brings.

Spring is also the time that we start to plan our vacations and any new ideas or projects around the house. Traffic seams to pick up around area lakes and we are dusting of our boat covers getting ready for our turn on the lake. We also start or should have started our gardens ( i'm a little late on that).

It is also a time that we mayTahlequah, Cherokee County, Homes for Sale, think  about selling our home or get real interested in buying. Before you put your home on the market make sure that you have all the repairs done. The single most important thing you can do is to put a fresh coat of paint on. A ne3w coat of paint can really make the difference in selling or your home just sitting there on the market. Something else to consider is to plant flowers and make your yard as nice as you can, first impressions are such a huge part of selling your home. MAke sure that you have screens on all your windows as well.

These are but a few ideas to make sure that your home is at its best when you list it. You only have once to make a first impression, so make it last.  Take some time out this spring and enjoy the beautiful outdoors.

Adios
