During the cooler months, we all settle in to our homes and can create a fair amount of clutter. Spring time is here. It's time to open the windows and let the fresh air in - and
spring clean.
Here's a few hints to make clutter management a little easier.
Schedule "de-clutter time". As little as 15 minutes a day will go a long way. Plus, when you start small, you're more likely to actually finish it.
Get some big boxes or large trash bags and label them "throw away","give away" and "put away." Keep them in your basement or a storage area where you can add to them
over time until they are filled.
Stash those "questionable" items- things you think you can't get rid of - in a box. Write the date on it and put it in storage. If after a year, you do not need any of the contents, its time to throw them or give them away.
