Pay It Forward - It Gets Better

No sooner had a friend told me about all the troubles her teenage son was having with bullies at school and his conflicts over accepting being gay than I heard about the "It Gets Better Project" on NPR this week. I forwarded the site information to my friend who found the site tremendously helpful for the support it provides from all corners of our society. The site is http://www.itgetsbetter.org/ check out the remarkable videos on the site.

Please! help make this world a better place for our kids in conflict over being gay and lesbian and

The kids and their families need our support!

I know the Hell gay and lesbian teens can go through and I know It Gets Better!

It's just horrifying that all this still goes on. More parental involvement could solve a lot of it (I mean the parents of the bullies - what are they learning at home?)
