TO NEGOTIATE A GOOD SALE.............You need good people skills.

  • Respect, go for a win win situation. Compromise gets it done.

  • Listening skills are key, not only for your own client but for co workers and buyers
    Know what the buyer needs verses what he wants.

  • Know when to give and take maybe one item in the contract it most important to
    the buyer but not to the seller like furniture or closing dates.

  • Knowledge of the home, the neighborhood, the process and steps to close. Do Not drop the BALL.

 

  • A GOOD SALE CLOSES!
