During the years I have been a Realtor there have only been a few times that I have been able to take a vacation or travel to see family and friends in other states.  When those occasions did occur there has always been a client that came to town unexpectedly or one who decided after they had returned home that they were ready to make an offer on a property I had shown them.  Every time I left Myrtle Beach I either had to return early, spend much of my time on a computer, or standing by a fax machine.  I'm not complaining because they were always solid transactions and I was true to my claim of 24/7 service to my clients.

Real estate buyer inquires had slowed down to a crawl during the past month and the opportunity came up for me to take a solid week of vacation.  Airline booked, suitcase packed, and everything set for departure.  A day before that departure emails and phone calls requesting Myrtle Beach real estate information or potential buyers deciding to come to town and wanting to view properties on days when I planned to be out of town became a reality just as in the past.  Luckily I had teamed up with another Realtor who can handle everything while I take some time for R & R.  Now that I know the secret of what to do when the Myrtle Beach real estate market slows I've put access to Myrtle Beach International Airport on my website so I can click and book a flight.
