I know I don't spend as much time searching websites and getting junk mail as others do, but it still drives me crazy to get spam. I have blockers and junk mail protection, but much of it still gets through.
As a Realtor, I particularly dislike email messages and flyers sent to me from Realtors in other cities and all over the country. At a time when I will have clients moving to another city, I will look for agents from my company, or the CRS Directory, or other contacts I have.
There seem to be national sources that provide flyers to masses of agents who send unsolicitied emails just because they have the resources. I will contact you when I need you, and I'm sure that other agents feel the same way.
