With the deployment of so many from our area, and with so many Veterans in the area who have served us, Brokers should be aware of changes and the processes for VA Loans. Think VA!
The VA Loan program opens up opportunities for Veterans and their families that dovetail very well into the current market. With so many offers made requesting Closing Cost contributions, Sellers help create Buyers in a tough marketplace. Short Sales and Bank Owned properties are also good options for Veterans who can wait for the processes, which often take longer than necessary. Lowered market prices are also a strong factor.
