Leilani  You are the only person I know who alerts the community before foreclosed properties are listed for sale.  This is an extremely valuable service for the people of Roseville - they can begin to consider which properties may fit their requirements

Leilani,

Hey wait; one of those homes was built the year I was born ( it was a very good year. I'm happy to say it was not the oldest home on your list however!

Wishing you another success filled week!

Anita, I really don't see any stability in sight unless you mean that foreclosures are still expected to come in strong for a while. Roseville's foreclosure market isn't going away anytime soon.

Karen, knowing the future foreclosure listings does help the buyers that are focused on a particular neighborhood and floorplan. :)

Steve, it's funny that when I come across a home or a car that was built in my birth year, I think of it as "old"...but I definitely don't think of myself as "old"! :)

Bob and Leilani - I noticed your remark about 10 more properties going back to the bank last week.  Over this past weekend, I was checking status on 3 properties located on one street that are either bank owned or short-sale.  2 of the 3 are now Pending.  But, when I checked tax records, I discovered 4 more that are either in "auction" status, pre-foreclosure, or are now bank owned.  It often feels we are moving one step forward while two are moving backwards.  So much of this market will depend on putting folks back to work. . .Jobs, jobs, jobs!

I agree, Myrl...job creation will definitely help our housing market in the long run. :)
