It's Mindset Monday and today's topic is about being quick when responding to the leads from your clients. The theme is QUICKLY today. It is so much more effective when you can call a lead back in under a minute. If you get a realtor referral, call them immediately just to make contact with them.
Our mindset used to be that we would get to it after we negotiated some short sales, but we have shifted our mindset. Don't ever let your current business get in the way of future business. It only takes 30 seconds to acknowledge that you have received a referral or a new lead.
