I am sure all of you are aware of youtube.com... I have been on that site numerous times to see various informative and most often, hilarious videos. I am wondering though if we are real estate agents should start posting videos of our listings to further market our unique properties? What do you think?
Although posting real estate listing on YouTube is kind of old news (many people have been doing this for a couple of years....)... it's not the best idea....
1) People can comment on your videos, which is now 80% spam/ porn links
2) Most people seriously looking for real estate would never think of going on YouTube.
3) The quality of videos on YouTube is the worst on the 'net.
You're much better off using a site like WellcomeMat.com, which is real estate specific PLUS far better quality than YouTube.
