Lobster, Shrimp and Ribeye Oh My! is an under statement,
Saturday I was lucky enough to be on the invite list to an associates home for their annual "Lobster Fest" weekend. I have now deemed her husband the "Grill Master"! The people she invited were a great mixture of personalities. Among the guests were local builders, Realtors as well as clients who had closed on new construction homes this year.
It reminded me to take time to have fun and socialize more often. I tend to get caught up in the seriousness of business and put fun and friendship on the back burner. It is essential to take time for relaxing and enjoy good company. Besides building relationships, being social also recharges your own batteries too.
Living in Pensacola, Florida provides great entertainment opportunities due to beautiful weather, our sugar white beaches, and fabulous seafood options! Her menu consisted of large steamed Shrimp, Mussels, huge Lobsters, and an array of home made dips and sauces (Are ya hungry yet?). All the guests brought their own special home made dishes ranging from Greek salad to spicy dips.
Although it will be tough to reciprocate such a fun and delicious event I have invited our hosts to one of Pensacola's 5 star restaurants McGuires Irish Pub, where the Grill-master has promised to do the traditional "Kissing of the Moose" stay tuned for pictures of that one!
