In-House Agent is Needed For a Developer Sales Team

Are you an energetic people-person? As a member of our sales team, you'll combine interpersonal skills with the latest technology to meet your customers' needs and support your condominium buyers. 

We are a sales team working for a real estate developer. We just started a new campaign and are Flooded with Qualified Leads! We have only 3 openings available at this time. So, hurry up to secure this wonderful opportunity. 

Our licensed real estate professionals can earn up to $120k a year and MORE!

No cold calling or prospecting– We provide you with qualified clients!  

Job responsibilities include:  

- Effectively deliver required sales targets.
- Develop and demonstrate proper product knowledge and sales technique to obtain maximum sales efficiencies while maintaining the highest degree of integrity and ethical business practices.
- Recognize and understand customers’ needs, wants, desires and objectives
- Effectively communicate the exceptional opportunities they will experience by becoming a property owner.
- Provide outstanding customer service as required to service prospective customers and develop new business for the company.  

Job Requirements:  

- Prior Experience working for owner / developer in in-house team is a huge plus
- Must have a proven track record of successfully closing sales
- Must be available A.S.A.P.
- Prior telephone sales experience is a must
- Must provide a current updated resume emphasizing your sales experience with in-house sales for real estate developers
- Need to have a strong ability to understand the audiences’ needs and objectives
- Must have a superior computer literacy
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must have an upbeat and enthusiastic personality
- Ability and desire to be successful in sales
- Bilingual (English/Spanish/and other European language) a plus but it is not required
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Excellent oral and written communications skills 
- Valid Florida real estate sales person license
