I just returned from the upper Nantahala River in the Rainbow springs area. The river was flowing big time! Water gage was sitting at 2' 8" and for obvious reasons, did not attempt to cross the river in my Jeep because I didn't have a life jacket :)
I did just list another property on the "Macon county" side of the river. Mr. Hogsed has decide to sell his 3.02 acre tract that offers someone the ability to build in very protected spot.
