Local interest rates in Maumee, Ohio for 3/29/11 presented by Roger Davidson.
Thirty year fixed rate conventional mortgages are in the area of 4.875%, fifteen year fixed rate mortgages are going for 4.25%, and a thirty year fixed FHA is 4.75%. Remember FHA is for everybody, not just first time buyers or those with less-than-perfect credit. FHA still currently allows a 3.5% down payment and also allows lower credit scores than conventional lenders.
It's time to make a move.
