For the month ending February 2011 the Bath housing housing market saw 8 single family homes and condos sell at a combined median price point of 158K with each home sitting on the market for a median days on market of201. This represents a 60% increase year over year and a 167% increase in month over month transaction volume whilst median prices were up 41% year over year. Given the smaller sample sizes these numbers are a bit skewed as overall the market remains stable.
