More than 41% of Americans said its a good time to Buy. On the other hand....61% agree that a seller's market is at least a year away. Hmmmm Buy Low.... Sell High?
I personally see a small surge of purchase, but we as a Country still need an expanding Productive USA JOB MARKET!

It's a buyers market in Phoenix, but I've seen mulitple offers on many properties the last two months. Could it be a sellers market is approaching?
Ya know Raiza... Phoenix is desirable with the weather.... how is the economy standings in +around Phoenix?
The Philly Area has allot of NY coming down and take advantage of the soft market.
Some Areas of Philly coming back with the Colleges + the New Casino Districts.
Lets hope its a slow return so there won't be sticker shock :-)
