I'm hearing through the Grape Vine that B of A is backing out of the Residential Mtg Industry?
Does any one have any truth to this rumor?

I actually heard the opposite...but only through the grapevine. The word I heard was that they are committed to re-establish dominance in the mortgage industry(that they had hoped to get in their il-fated purchase of you know who).

Yea ....That's the majority of the feedback I'm getting. Watch those big 4... I hope they expand their processing dept.
Lately I have going to local lenders and getting less restrictions, cleaner + faster turnaround for my Buyers
