Best bike trails for Eisenhower neighbors

Boulder is known for being friendly to alternative transportation, and the Eisenhower neighborhood is no different.  Located in Southeast Boulder there are great trails to travel throughout Eisenhower and to other parts of Boulder.  I have gathered a few tips on bicycling through Boulder from my site EisenhowerPulse.com.

The South Boulder Creek Trail is a great feature in the neighborhood.  Daily you will see neighbors running, biking, walking, and dog-walking.  The path connects the Bobolink Trailhead at Baseline Road to the East Boulder Recreation Center.

There are also a couple of pedestrian overpasses to connect Eisenhower to the rest of Boulder.  These pedestrian overpasses allow bicyclists to get over Foothills Parkway without interfering with traffic. They are located near Colorado Boulevard to the north, and near Sioux Drive to the south.  It's great for cyclist commuters during rush hour too.

No matter where you travel in Boulder there are interactive bicycling maps to help you plan your route.  There is also a helpful map of Boulder bike routes available from the City of Boulder site.
