Bill Clinton can no longer be considered the biggest liar in history!

Home Builder with St Louis Home Improvement and Painting Companies

Yes, Bill Clinton, has held the world's record as the biggest liar until this past week.

Local St Louis Realtors assured my sister that there was an excellent market for her high end condo and that she would not lose any money selling her condo.

Zillow shows the listing price as $1,499,000 and their zestimate of $1,081,000.  There are many vacant condos for sale in this building including ones that have never been purchased.  A similar condo is listed at $1,1200,000 with a zestimate of $571,000!

With a straight face and a signed listing in her hand, she promptly left the condo and giggled all the way to the elevator.  Next step is to come back and tell my sister in 3 months that the unit hasn't sold because "my sister insisted on getting a higher price than she "the realtor" had advised.  Bill Clinton should have said that he was out of the country and had never met Monica and he might have had a chance to stay #1.

Love to know your suggestion for top liar!

Amazing. I did not realize there was any "excellent" market for a condo these days! Top liar? Go to Washington and pick a name, any name!

Good Morning Sonny, I am always disappointed when I hear that a Realtor just saying anything to get a listing. So sad

Well we know she won't be going back to school for a degree because evidently she didn't do her homework, no she did and just cheated.

There's one in every crowd.

Enjoy the day

Dear Gary, Arleen, and Don,

I appreciate your comments.  We need to understand the needs of our customers and represent them with integrity.  My sister lost over $400,000 on the sale of her last condo and really needs to find honest advisors as she is already making the move to another place while this one will sit over 3 years as did her last while she continued to make payments and monthly condo fees.

I like the comment about going to Washington and picking a name.

Thanks for your comments!

Well, number one, fire the Realtor and possible consider NAR action for an ethics violation. If the public screams enough, NAR will listen and finally do something about Realtors who say anything to list a property.

Kathy, it would be great to follow you advice, but my sister isn't that bright and she believes the realtor and all the others she interview who said the same thing.

It is about getting the listing nor telling the truth.  I'm surprised that the realtor did not tell her that she'd get her more than she had invested as her property was so beautiful!  When the appraised shows the show will end and my sister will be worse off than she was before the realtor showed.
