House Votes to End Hamp

Real Estate Sales Representative with Wizards of Waz Real Estate

What the headline doesn't tell you is that the Senate is unlikely to pass this bill and it will be vetoed by Obama regardless. Instead of wasting all this time on a bill that will go nowhere I wish they would just sit down and fix this thing. The Obama administartion is in denial and still feel that this is a good program even though only $1.2 billion of $30 billion has been used over halfway through the program.

This issue is obviously being used as for political leverage. The Dems want to point out how badly the Obama administaration is performing on the housing issue. Obama wants the nation to know much he wants to help out the poor homeowner. They both could care less or they would stop listening to their special interest groups and would put pressure on the lenders to really do something!

"I listen for a living." It's all about you.

Amen, Brother Waz!  It is time to pressure the lenders in a substanitive way.  I am not for more government I am for better business and I think the way lending is being handled by big banks is a huge issue.  I am returning to a local bank with all my money and talking to someone who lives in my community.
