If you've clicked this link, obviously you want to give your opinion...and that's exactly what we want! Earlier this year, many of the local Southern California MLS boards merged, leaving us to make sense of their data (If you didn't know it already, there is no data normalization between MLS boards, making this task especially fun). RealtyTech has been working diligently to ensure our clients have the most accurate search results possible. We've also taken this time to update our current IDX search capabilities and layout. There is just one problem... we've had very little feedback from the truly proactive Realtors® out there regarding the needs of an IDX property search. So, with that said, what makes a good IDX property search? What features would your "dream" IDX include?
Ease of use?
Lead capture?
Lots of shiny widgets?
Integration to Social Media?
Professional looking?
Ability to create ads (such as Craigslist)
RealtyTech's IDX will be going through many changes in the upcoming months, and with your help, we can create the best product possible! If anyone is curious how the RealtyTech IDX123 property search works, you can try it here!
Thank you all for your responses!
