Apple Valley home sales are making buyers nervous

By
Industry Observer

Home buyers who have targeted Apple Valley, MN, have made a great choice.  The city has grown at a controlled but moderate pace since its incorporation in 1968.  It is well planned and located perfectly for commuting to the Twin Cities.  Award winning schools add to Apple Valley's appeal, and home prices are reasonable.

Now the bad news for buyers.  There have been a lot of homes sold in Apple Valley so far this year.  According to Regional Multiple Listing Service of Minnesota, there are 295 homes actively listed for sale in Apple Valley today.  In the first thirty days of March, sixty-seven fortunate home buyers have had offers accepted.  That means that the sixty-seven best home buying opportunities in Apple Valley are no longer available.

While some folks were sitting in their apartments waiting for the snow to melt, others were out searching for the best deals, and they found them.  For the rest of you, there are still a few remaining opportunities to find a nice place to call your own.

Call me to arrange a convenient time for a complimentary home buyers orientation and landlord firing strategy session.  It takes about an hour, it's free, and most folks say it was fun. We'll discuss the current market, buyer advocacy, how to find and pay for a new home, and whether now is the time for you to exercise your buying opportunity.  Call me now.
