DUTIES:
•Review credit, bank statements, paystubs and W2's
•Order appraisal
•Open escrow
•Order title
•Order payoff demands and/or subordination agreements (if applicable)
•Submit Loan package to lender
•Clear conditions
•Add mortgagee clause to hazard insurance
•Prepare fee sheet for broker review
•Coordinate closing
•Assemble post closing package and deliver to broker
•HMDA Compliance
•Audit Compliance
