The Market is in an upswing here in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The Buyers are snagging all the "best deals", "creme of the crop", "shiny pennies", "bargains" and "unbelievable values"

Inventory is moving quicker than ever before. Sales are at an all time high in Sunset Beach, Calabash, Ocean Isle Beach, Shallotte, Carolina Shores, Southport, Leland, Oak Island and Holden Beach.

Phones are ringing like crazy in all the Real Estate offices from one end of Brunswick County, North Carolina to the other.

WE ARE HAVING A HOUSING FRENZY HERE!!

What is your market like where you are?  Is it a feast of a famine?

Statistics tell us what goes on in each market.  Prices have come down, no longer are the days of over inflated prices

HOMES ARE STILL BEING BOUGHT AND SOLD!!


Why not tell the media the market is "UNBELIEVABLE"?  Why not tell your neighbor, friend, acquaintance, hairdresser, auto mechanic, dentist, doctor. gardener, florist, waiter, waitress and everyone you encounter, the market is "UNBELIEVABLE"?

"UNBELIEVABLE" CAN BE PERCEIVED ANY WAY, GOOD OR BAD, YES OR NO, UP AND DOWN

Let's start shaking those fence sitters and tell them when they ask, "How's the Market Doing"?  "UNBELIEVABLE"

Well...The market here is Unbelievable.   Number of sales is up 300% since this time last year, prices down an average of 37%....Live is good!

Frank & Karen, fact of the matter is...the market here is very good...I barely have to do all the things I need to.  I just had three closings this month, working with several buyers and just picked up three new clients this weekend...yeah...I would say business is pretty unbelievable.

This is good to hear.

The market in Toronto is strong. It slowed down a bit with the recession, but the prices are higher now than ever.
