Larry:  It's hard to tell.  I definitely get calls from my listings, but half the time the callers can't remember where they saw them.

Steve:  This one is truly pre-approved. The bank has already done the appraisal and laid out the terms of acceptance.  I just need a contract.

Leah: It really would only take the bank a couple weeks to look over the contract and verify the transaction was Arm's Length.  This one is pre-approved now.

Michael:  I'll have to update the ad.  It is already pre-approved now.
