I'm pleased to report that I've given my second interview in 12 months for a feature in California Real Estate Magazine (not that you care, but I'm going to tell you anyway). Both the previous article and the upcoming article are focused on the short sale and it's intricacies. I'm sure this is in no small part due to the exposure that AR provides its Rainmakers.
I'm flattered that award winning author, Dinah Eng (and her editor) chose me to impart my knowledge of the short sale (process, problems, tactics, etc.) for inclusion to the premier real estate magazine in California which is distributed to over 100,000 readers each month. Dinah is a terrific woman with a very inviting interview style. She was very easy to converse with and I very much look forward to hearing from her for inclusion in future pieces.
Keep an eye open when reading your California Real Estate Magazine... my 15 minutes of fame might pass right before your eyes.
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go put some IcyHot on my shoulder... I think I sprained it patting myself on the back. ;-)
