I have been in the real estate business a long time and have never been exposed to such a diverse group who always seem willing to share information and assistance. So I have now decided to join in becoming an ACTIVE RAIN-maker.

Excellent!  AR is a huge source of information and lots of people think they have to write all the time.  If you just want to read and glean information that's fine too.  I think eventually, most people jump in and get wet!

Welcome Gloria!  I am originally from South River, then Trenton NJ, then Levittown / Bristol Pa.  Been in the Raleigh NC area for almost 30 years - my family is still in NJ/PA area.  I wrote a post a while ago "the rules" and I think those rules can be transferred to AR if you have a bit of imagination for different circumstances...

Looking forward to your future posts about Mercer County NJ and surrounding areas!
