I have been getting calls from a company called Tenant Access. They are a company that contracts with agents to become a local property manager contact for their clients, the lenders who hold tenant occupied reo properties.
I am wondering if anyone has any experience or insight on their company and if they are worth teaming up with them. The money sounds like a good, small, sideline income. Just want to be sure that it won't be a time waster.
