$$$$$ Public Sector Salary Disclosures - $$$$$

The Public Sector Salary Disclosure Act, 1966 is an act that requires organizations that receive public funding from the Province of Ontario to disclose salaries and taxable benefits for those employees (including; names, positions and salaries) who are paid more than $100,000 in a calendar year.

This includes but is not limited to The Provincial Government, Crown Agiencies, Municipalities, Hospitals, Boards of public Health, School Boards, Universities, Colleges, Hydro One and Ontario Power Generation.

Barrie...well great for Ontario..may we here in Michigan & the whole nation see the same as a 'mandate'. that is one of such that all can believe in.  Did check your link, and it looks to be all-inclusive.

Hi Barrie - I have known about this list for years.  I have referred people who work or want to work at some of the entities on the list to review the list so that they would have an idea of the pay scales for various types of positions.

wonder if the $100,000 figure is "compensation" or salary- not including bonuses, overtime ect.?  I just read your profile Barrie and well... things are obviously not so different in our countries.
